How I did it: Self-Harm is serious and out there more than people know. I started a cutters cause and that helped me by showing a different side of cutting instead of the stigma most people have.It's been very hard and a few relapses. Me having my causes for cutting and bipolar really helped me in my progress knowing that I could help someone else.
