Got a Surf board !!!

Friday(June 6th) I bought a board (Bilt)
A couple hours later I was in the water in a near by Tel-Aviv
beach. It wan’t easy… but…
The first (and important) step is behind me, but the
“hard” part is stil to come, going at leat 3 times a week.

Hope to get good soon and start to engoy :-)

fighting my Procrastination
Procrastination = Pro Tomorrow

“Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.” – Mark Twain

I think I suffer from that.
I read that The reason for it is not being able to pospone pleasures. Not wanting to “Suffer” now for future rewards.
The paradox, By doing that there is a constant felling of
anxiety, fear and stress following me all the time.
The logical reasons for doing that are sometimes task dependent : Hard, Disliked, Complecated, Boaring and some are personal : Perfectionisim, Fear of failure, Fear of success.
a solution to my liking is defining goals not by productivity but by effort. And examle, “I will work on the task for 10 minutes”, instead of telling myself, “I will sit until I finish”.
This solves the problem known as “The hardest step is the the first step”.
Hopefully, making the first step easier will start the domino effect.
