For Mother’s day I got a Nordic Treadmill and I am really pumped about it! It comes with one of those workout cards that works you a little harder than you probably would yourself and I feel great!

Getting out of "Collector" Mode

I love to scrapbook. Actually.. one of my goals is to also start a business and I have seriously thought about persuing that in scrapbooking. A year ago I considered myself an avid scrapbooker and then I had a daughter and now I think I consider myself a collector. I need to get out of that!
More muscle please!

I feel that I am a good exerciser. I make it a point to exercise at least 4 times a week but I fear that I am concentrating too much on cardio because I don’t quite have the tone that I would like. I am looking into trying a muscle enhancer of some sort (not steriods hee hee). An all-natural one that might boost my muscle tone. Any suggestions?
