How I did it
It made me
Feel alive! 
How I did it: I couldn't wait for better weather, so I took a walk up into the mountains above Glen Strathfarrar on a cold, windy, wet day and stopped at the far end of Loch Toll a' Mhuic, where there's a small sandy beach. I was shivering even before I undressed, but once I was in the water, my exhilaration took my mind of the cold and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Mind you, once I was out again, I dressed in record time! Read how I did it…
