have better posture
So far, so good. >:) 4 years ago

I’ve been keeping good posture for about 3 hours now..Not very much, but I guess practice makes perfect. I’m trying to program into my mind that when I slouch that triggers my mind to sit up straight. It’s working so far. I have to look down at my computer monitor, now that I’m sitting taller..But I guess that’s better than ruining my back and compressing my organs, which is what slouching does. Well, that’s all I’m going to say for now..Good luck to you all in your goal achieving, and take care.
