I made it to three classes at the YMCA this week…2 yoga and one weightlifting. I feel really good! I’m proud that I still went when my muscles were in pain. Fingers crossed for next week-I’m sure that I can do it again despite the holiday!

At first I had…”Exercise for thirty minutes 3x a week. Well, that soon came unrealistic with my hectic work schedule this month. BUT I will keep the 3, 3x a overall goal for the year. I need to cut myself a little bit of slack, right? Onward and upward!
I joined mint.com at my boyfriend’s behest. OMG, it was scary to have all of your finances staring back at you. I have sat down with my mint account some, and have made budgets for a number of categories. I’m going to see how I spend for the next few months and then I will make adjustments as needed. This is my FIRST step in becoming debt free…go me!
