Well, I am just a newbie in this area. So I will first begin theoretically and slowly build on my knowledge :-)

Well, JSPs are something on which I had worked on earlier. So it is more of relearning and application of sorts. Need to get this done in a month!

I have basic idea about JavaScript, what it is meant for, what it can do etc. However, I need to learn JS quickly… It will be useful at work…

I have basic understanding of VB. I am comfortable writing Excel VBA; but now I feel the need to do the following -

1) Achiece Database connectivity. (Possibly Access)
2) Create sufficient UI design. (Userforms, etc)

I have read the first few pages of Gandhi’s autobiography, and I know I want to the entire book.
