Summer fruit

I’ve definitely been eating a lot more fruits and veggies since the summer began. I feel like I have accomplished this goal but I don’t want to take it off in case I forget.
Seriously though, having a bunch of apples in the fridge really helps because they taste awesome and you can take it to go. I always have one on my way to work.

The reason why I put this goal up is because like many other people I worry too much and get anxious at times for unnecessary reasons. I know that this is something I can control myself and I am very hesitant to use prescription drugs. So far I have been able to stay calm through breathing exercises and not taking everything so seriously.

Meditation today was amazing. For brief moments I was able to not think about anything at all. I meditated with my boyfriend but I think next time I’ll just do it alone so I can meditate for as long as I want.
