i want to start working out with him so that it can be part of his life. that way when he gets older, it won’t be so hard to do. i think we will start with walking/running.
i’d say it was worth doing. i didn’t get to give the whole amount because my blood was slow coming out, or something AND i almost passed out right before she was taking the needle out BUT i’d say those are small things compared to the fact that my blood could save someone’s life.
i wasn’t really planning on giving blood that day, it just so happened that we were having a blood drive at work. i would say, next time (because i would do it again) i will make sure i eat breakfast and lunch, and i will DEFINATELY drink a lot of water before hand.
