I live in South America, therefore, I have been to the American continent. I have been to Central, North American and the Caribbean.
In Asia, I’ve visited the typical asian side (Japan) as well as the south Asian subcontinent of India!
I’ve been in Europe and also in Africa, even in Australia, New Zealand and French Polynesia!!!!

If Antarctica could be considered a continent…then that is the only one left on my list. There are trips from Chile to the Antarctica, and that is not so far from my city (I live in Lima)...I need the funds, and the coats to go there!!!!!!



Lose Weight and Get Healthy
I've lost 61lbs in 9months!

I started going to a gym since March 1st 2005. It was from Mon to Friday for just 1 hour: 5 minutes jogging, 15 minutes tae-bo or steps, 20 minutes free weights and 10 minutes relaxation. Mon/Wed/Fri we worked the lower body, and Tue/Thu the upper body. I also combined this with a low calorie diet, and believe it or not, it was great!!! I didn“t feel hungry, nor tired during the day, even when I had to leave home at 5.30am to start training at 6am and then I had to start working at 9am.
You have to put your body, mind and soul into this, and you will see the results, and will feel proud of yourself and most of all…WILL ENJOY IT!!!!!
