I love the books so far. I have read three of the seven. I will hopefully read the other four before I go on vacation, otherwise, it’s going to be awhile before I can get started on them again. They are truely one of the 20th century’s finest piece of literary work.

Yea! Another two pounds gone! I was very good this week considering Valentine’s Day. I bought a bag of chocolate hearts for all of my coworkers to share and I only took one for myself. I thought about taking another one but I thought to myself what to I want more, chocolate or skinny jeans? Skinny jeans won the mental debate! The my parents bought me a box of chocolates for Valentine’s Day. I ate the first piece after I weighed in this morning and I only had one and put the box back in the cupboard on a high shelf. If I want to get them I am either going to have to climb on the counter or get a chair, me being the vertically challenged person that I am. So I figured if I have to put up some obstacles to get to the chocolate my brain can debate with its self again as to what I really want. Let’s hear it for the skinny jeans vote!
Well, I lost 1.5 pounds this week putting me at 227. I can really start to feel the difference in my pants. However my little sister and I got now cell phones this weekend and we were taking pics of one another for caller ID pics, I wanted to cry when I saw the pic of me. Here I have lost 11.5 pounds and I still look like a whale, my mental picture of myself does not match up with reality and it always depresses me when I see a pic of myself. I just have to keep eating right and sticking with my plan. At the rate I am going if I loss 2 pounds a week from now on I will be 199 pounds when I leave for Italy and Greece. God the last time I was there I was 160 and climbing the steps around town winded me so I am not looking forward to that aspect of this trip. I really I am not happy that I let myself back slide so far the past 2 years. I know the way to lose the weight I just have to focus on the goal and not let the little things in life sidetrack me.
