I have put on about 10 pounds over the past 6 months. That sort of weight gain in a short amount of time is bad. The holidays have been especially tough. I plan on eating more veggies and fruit, less meat, less sugar, less bread. I want to work out 3X a week for 30-60 minutes.
I am 130 right now, I want to be 120.
I have a vacation where I will need to be in a bathing suit in March, so I’d like to do this by then!
