Well, ive never really tried to get good abs, so i gess this is the start of my journey…from now on, im planning to do 100 situps each nightand ill eat a lot less fatty foods. This is just a beginning, however, and if anyone can giv me any ideas on more excercises for the abs, that wuld be much appreciated

Well, ive been practising a bit lately…but i can only land both a heelflip or a kickflip with one foot…hopefully, i will practise 25 kickflips and 25 heelflips a day from now, until i reach my goal…wich will hopefull be in the next couple of months.

Well, in the next couple of weeks i will finally be able to tick this goal off my list. All that lies between me an my piercing is getting the kit and getting it done.
