Go me! 3 weeks ago

On Wednesday I went shopping and bought food for just me so I’m having seperate to the rest of my family and I bought it all myself. This means its up to me what I eat and its up to me how healthy it is so I cant blame anyone but me.

So starting the dieting again but this time with a better, well thought out plan.

I will succeed!!!!!!!!!!!!

I havent wrote on here in about 2 months 1 month ago

I’ve kept trying to lose weight but I’ve had an contraceptive implant put in which i think is adding to the weight and making it harder to lose anything well I started on here at the endof august and I was 132 pounds which is 9 and a half and I’m still 9 and a half lol grrr Well Since then I have been going to physio and getting fitter and in the new year I am going to start going to see a personal trainer a few times week hopefully which should definiately shed the pounds my target is 7stone which is 98pounds which means Ihave to lose 34. which is quite scary lol but I’ve been starting to try and walk around more and using a pedal exercise machine and hopefully getting a situp bench which will be useful. I’m not eating that bad I just think my problem is losing it exercise wise anyhow I have been reading the people I used to read and its good to see some of you are going well and kind of helping me back into this with the fact that some are sturggling…means im not alone and have people i can connect with.

Happy losing everyone:) One day I will!

Sorry I havent been writing on here for a few days…i’ve been so busy..hopefully after the weekend i can start writing on here again..hope you’re all doing well
