I’m not mentally prepared to give up and so failed. If people would stop pressurising me, I can decide for myself when to stop. That way I’m sure I will succeed. Will try again soon.

not to bad but I’m very fidgety!!!! Got a cross stitch thingy to give me something to do with my hands and take my mind of ciggies. The way I’m thinking about it is ‘I’ve started so I’ll finish….’.
I have recently been diagnosed with emphysema. I thought it was only older people who got it!! (I’m 32 at the mo). I know I have to give up for the sake of my kids and my health. Am trying to cut down just now until doc prescribes me patches, inhalator etc. She wants me to have more tests before she does. It’s going to be difficult but I know it’s going to be worth it.
