Why is it so hard to do? Maybe I need to go to bed earlier so that I have enough energy and can be bothered reaching for the floss and spending 2 mins working my teeth and gums. Am still committed!!

How I did it: It took months of saving and internet shopping (one missing order worth $400) a lot of stressing about upcoming gigs and finally in the end the right one found me. With an adjustment here and some elastic there I have myself an authentic Egyptian Belly Dance costume complete with Swarovski crystals! Will post a photo eventually, when all elastic is in place! Read how I did it…
I am already 8 months into this, only 4 to go so it will be achieved, not exactly sure what the benefits are as yet … although I do know that I spend an average of $700 – $800 per week which at first seemed like a huge amount, but now just seems quite normal. It has made me less scared of making big purchases and more willing to put more money into better quality items. I have learned how little I really NEED, as I have to pay attention to each purchase I make. I now only use my credit cards when absolutely necessary, I used to use them all the time!
Day one. I figure that if I can floss everyday for one month I will have built up enough consistency to achieve this as a life-time habit. I will consider this goal reached when I have flossed everyday for 3 months, so hopefully I can make it by the end of the year.
