It’s all about making and braking a good habit for me. I’m an extremist… so when im eating healthy/dieting/working out… i become a complete neurotic…. a day without a work out is guilty, and certain foods/sauces/dressings etc i would never have…too scared.
When i start eating wutever i want… i will eat in n out like everyday if thats WUT I WANT cuz like i said im a huge extremist.. ITS ONE WAY OR THE OTHER!!! and ill gain wait so quicly… then lose it quickly!
i swear in n out is the only thing that gets me in a bad habit cuz its so fuckin good i went twice today!
