I’m not much for tourist traps.
But Poland has such an interesting history, and I don’t know anyone who’s been there.
So – why not?

Over 6th months and going strong!
Lost 40 lbs, feel better than ever, and the PMS mood swings I’ve had my entire life are gone!
I’m doing a 2 week test of a wheat-free diet, and I’m in my second week – and I feel a TON better.
I don’t have celiac, I’m not going gluten free, and I’m not concerned about the tiny amounts of wheat in gravies and sauces.
It seems that almost everyone else is doing this in combination with a medical diagnosis – I just wanted to see what would happen if I gave up something that seemed to give insane cravings for more, more, and MORE FOOD.
I was skinny – UBER skinny – until I was 30, then the constant cravings hit.
I’m only 30 lbs overweight, but with that weight came exhaustion, depression, and difficulty thinking clearly.
And honestly, it’s hard to see the looks on other people’s faces when you head to your FIFTH trip to the buffet, or eat twice as much as the 6’1” guy sitting next to you – I’m 5’1”.
Since I started this, my starch cravings have plummeted.
I am not measuring food, nor counting calories, and I still seem to eat more than others around me – but I’ve lost 5 lbs in 10 days- WEIRD!
Is anyone else eating wheat free in this way?
