I really want to try this, even though it’s seems a bit scary. Hopefully I will get to go next year, but I don’t where I want to go. Maybe the US, I don’t know. (I currently live in norway)

Any suggestions of where I should go?

I have always hated my name, ever since I was little. It sounds bad and it isn’t very international (I’m norwegian, so therefore I have a norwegian name).

My mom lives in Denmark and every time i go visit they can’t pronounce it right. It’s starting to really get on my nerves, and since I’m thinking about moving there I really need to change my name.

My norwegian name is Kjersti, but i want to change it to Kate. I’ve been looking for a new name at babyname sites and such, but when my american friend, Jacob, suggested the name Kate I fell in love with it.

Before i change it legally, I want to get people to call me by my new name, but I don’t know how i going to do that…
