I wanted to write just 1 hour every day, but that is not working out. I have finished perhaps one half of chapter one, and it’s good quality writing, but I need to do a better job carving out some time.

I will meet this goal if I: 1) Get stronger and 2) weigh less. So far, so good. It still takes me the whole stack of weights to assist with the chin up, but I am getting stronger on the lat machines, biceps, etc, so I think I am moving in the right direction.
I am still trucking along. My weight is around 235, which is great. I am losing roughly 2 pounds a week. I have lost 40+ lbs so far.
I thought that 225 was going to be my final goal, but now I am thinking I will need to go lower to get to 13%.
