How I did it: Before going to my new endo doc. my A1C was 8.6ish. Right before the pump it was down to 7.9. Today 3 months after starting the pump I'm at..... drumroll please....... 7.0!!!! How I did it: I went to the local MLIS program, volunteered at the local public library, and interned with the Friends. All three parts are critical: the degree, the experience, and meeting the right people. Other than that, I was confident in myself and didn't approach the interviews with fear, but I also wasn't cocky. Movie number 181 was ‘The Turandot Project’ which was about the first production of Turandot brought and staged in China. Amazing.
