I felt so lazy this weekend.

sigh-
I attended the funeral of my friend’s husband on Friday, I was there all day from morning till late. Next day, I was physically and emotionally drained, so just read all day in bed. Today, woke up reasonably early, had a breakfast in bed, read a bit(in bed), dragged myself out of the bed, did some exercise(ballet conditioning),lazing around all day… watching TED talk videos, and moved on to youtube( a big mistake!), watched far too many Oscar related videos and moved on to some Japanese comedy sketches(even bigger mistake)... several hours past… cooked dinner and had pc dinner. Realising I didn’t study at all, with a mini panic, just managed to do one past exam paper of research method.

I feel so useless.

Wear high heels more often - my girly goal :) (read all 4 entries…)
I'm working on my calves.

I discovered the reason why I’m not wearing the heals as often as I used to! It’s hard to admit but because of my weakened calves and core muscles in general. I’ve just done the Ballet Conditioning DVD – oh – my thighs and calves hurt! I’ve been doing Tracy for 2months,although Tracy is hard(very hard initially) my legs got used to them and now I can manage without pain. I tend to get bored cos when I like things I consume until I can’t get enough of them- can’t sip and savour – so my workout routines(or anything really)need to vary.
