In these stressful economic times, 2 days ago

it very hard to stay in the moment. I keep finding myself making plans in the future for our move back to the Mainland.

Good thing I reread Tolle’s A New Earth last nite and was reminded about focusing on my breath as a way to stay present and stop thinking.

Gratitude for yesterday, Monday, 6/29/09

-Being married for 13 years to my soul, traveling companion

-$3 airfare on Go to Honolulu

-Legends, our favorite dim sum place in Hawaii

-Scot, showing us a new beach with boogie boarders and surfers

-Go airlines giving us dinner vouchers for the flight delays

-the sun
-the clouds
-volcanoes, which give us the vog
-the wide Pacific Ocean, warm nourishing waters
-high winds
