Cool place to go. I learnt to ski out there and was jumping on snow blades by the end of the week, lots of fun and events such as boarder cross, dirt/sno jumping on.
Clear blue skies and big mountains. Not really a wilderness place! very touristy but good for a first time to the alps.
Mountain cafes on the runs etc so not that much peace and quiet but good for pubs and clubs
