Does this actually work. i want to be under 200 pounds by january. how does this work. what do you have to do ?
im only fourteen years old. im very much overwieght. i weigh about 263 pounds on . i want to lose 50 pounds by the newyear. im dead serious. i dont eat colors -meaning veggies. i cant eat them. help me eat the foods i love but not as much of it. what about water. i need to lose this weight or else i wont ever be happy. this is my GOAL. and i want to achieve it.
