How I did it: It took a while because it was quite cold (freezing actually) when I started. But it was half an hour here, 15 minutes there. There was a lot to cut away and to clean up, but the result is a fresh and very spring-like garden with the tulips and narcissus only waiting to bloom. The only sad thing about it is that I had to clean up this garden for the new owners (we are goin to move out in two weeks) and I will not be able to see the apple t… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I controlled my temper, went out of the room, had to count to ten (100 at times) - all the things recommended to do when you're at risk to loose it - and it helped me. It took some time for me to believe in these things, but seeing once that it worked, I tried again and with every step I got more confident that I can be and stay patient with my family, my children, myself and the rest of the world. =)I'm not saying that I am co… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had fruit all day, fruit juice, water or tea in between and even made a smoothy (banana, rasperries, kiwi, apple juice) for cases of emergency. I tried to be busy most of the day and that helped the most to really get through with it. Read how I did it…

My BMI is below 25, but I actually wanted to be even below 24 to mark as done. That will definetly be a lot more difficult in the near future…
I’m healthy, not (really) overweight and fairly active.
Goal achieved!
It’s 4 weeks early, but I don’t mind. ;-)
The new car is here and I can have the old one. I’m sooo relieved I don’t have to bike through the rain anymore… It was worth waiting for this one.
