Once I learned that some of the artificial sweeteners turned to formaldehyde in your system and contributed to memory problems and quite possibly early dementia, that was all I needed to finalize that decision.
Like many others I’ve gone off for weeks at a time, but then gotten back on. So far I’ve been drinking tea, which has caffeine in it, so I may transition to water, but tea feels like flavored water and I often use a little tea to just color and flavor the water.

We travelled to Mexico together for 2 1/2 weeks, but I wanted to go with her to Turkey and meet her Turkish friends. This is not to be as she died last year.
