I WAS KINDA SURPRISED WHEN I SAW THE SCALE OF 6 POUNDS LOST IN ONE WEEK AND THATS JUST FROM EATING HEALTHER AND EATING LOW FAT IM SOOOOOOOO READY FOR THIS I DID UP MY GOAL WEIGHT TO 150 THOU I WOULD BE SO HAPPY WITH THAT WEIGHT.
So I wrote a entry in May 2007 and never did anything about my weight I gained 5 pounds I now weigh 270 AHHHHHH I hurt my back at the begining of december pulled muscles real bad and im still healing and sore some days I think its taking so long cuz of my weight so im DONE being fat this time. I am starting my diet Saturday January 9th I went to the store today checked out labels and im doing the low fat diet my small goal is 5 pounds a month the big long term goal is to lose 130 pounds and weigh 140 so I figured it will take me 2 years to meet this goal it sounds so far away but it isnt really time goes by fast.
This kinda went along with not having my licenses I had to depend on hubby to take me everywhere but guess what I have my licenses so I dont need to depend on him therefore I have become more independent.
