So far I have meditated the last 2 days. It is getting easier again. I just need to continue to make time for it each and every day. My goal is to meditate 6 days a week. So far so good…

How I did it: I started small. Easy meals with few ingredients. I forgot how hard meditating can be when you are out of practice. But I also forgot how wonderful you can feel afterwards.
I will mark this goal off if I can meditate 25 times in the next month.
Well, my drawing class is done. I have loved it. I will be doing many more classes and courses I am sure of it. I have done some other drawing at home and love just sitting down with paper and pencil.
This is a life long task. I will probably never be good enough and never stop learning, however I have decided to tick this off my list as I am well on my way.
