Well, I have made it through 19 days of vegetarian eating, and can I just say, I feel GREAT! I seriously can’t see myself going back to being a meat eater. Only another 12 days and I ahve made it through the month, and to be honest, I can’t see this being a problem.

How I did it: I started small. Easy meals with few ingredients. So far I have meditated the last 2 days. It is getting easier again. I just need to continue to make time for it each and every day. My goal is to meditate 6 days a week. So far so good…
I forgot how hard meditating can be when you are out of practice. But I also forgot how wonderful you can feel afterwards.
I will mark this goal off if I can meditate 25 times in the next month.
