How I did it: I did it for the first time last year at a nude beach SoCal.  I'd never been naked in public, so I was a bit nervous at first.  After we put the blanket down, I stripped down to my undies and took a quick swim.  After a few minutes I finally decided to take off my underwear, and got back in the water.  Being naked in the ocean is a great feeling and it definitely makes you feel really young.
