consume less caffeine (read all 3 entries…)
Alot less is still less.

I will never STOP drinking coffee.
I love the taste. I love the texture.
I have cut down ALOT.
I have a small 12oz in the morning and a small 12oz half caf in the afternoon.
Compared to 3×24oz a day!!! I could actually function if I didnt have it.
Maybe that is my next step.



Lose 30 pounds
Time is running out.

Time to get serious and get more results.
I am being watched.
week 13 and only 10lbs or so lost.

I am working out 2-3 days a week.
being active elsewhere.
No pasta lunches. No sweets.
and still slowly going.



get a passport
got my birth certificate...

the hard part is done.
the next step is to google the form for applying and send in a check,
and then, maybe one day Ill use the damn thing!
