I want to quit smoking and have tried several times before but was unsuccessful! I even went to my dr and got Chantix but when I went to the pharmacy to fill the script I almost fell over when they told me how much it would be and that my insurance wouldn’t cover it! Now.. I’ve decided that instead of wasting my tax return money in February I’m going to get the Chantix and hopefully stop smoking for good! Until then.. I am going to try and take babysteps to prepare myself….

Where to start?!

So this is definetly a goal I have for myself but sadly… I have no idea where to start! How do you improve your self esteem when it’s sooo low to begin with… It seems like a task that will never be completed… Maybe I’m wrong… I hope I am anyway!
Slow Begining

So I did week 1 day 1 last night and I did fairly well….granted I am going to do the 6 weeks with modified push-ups (girl push ups) then re-do the 6 weeks doing regular push-ups! I am really hoping that by the end of the 12 weeks that I use this program I will be very much ready for all the push-ups that I will have to do during basic training!
