i plan on mostly eating raw fruit…...a little bit of veggies, a few nuts, and if i feel like i must have something protien, aside from nuts, a small glass of fat free milk.

now there are three of us.
about myself. i feel like i am making progress. i am still eating a lot of salad and turkey. so i just fill up on this type of stuff and drink a lot of water. i have not weighed myself. i am just going by how i feel and look in clothes.
