We bought 2 gallons of “La Fonda Copper”. Doesn’t sound that pretty, but it reminds me of a beautiful Sugar Maple orange in the fall. The guy mixing it was an ass. He looked at us like we were crazy when we asked if he could color match an orange mug that we brought. Hey, the commercial says they can color match “anything”. Anyway, we bought some VOC free paint and will hopefully get around to painting tomorrow night. I think a warm orange will be a good energy color for our workout room. I just hope the color looks good on the wall. It’s so hard to envision these things sometimes.

How I did it: Searched ebay. I couldn't get a visor from a dealer because it was discontinued. The ebay seller sent me the wrong visor the first time, but got it right the second time. Fixing the interior lining around my sunroof was fun though. I finish cleaning them both up today, but now I've found a new problem, of course. How I did it: When I started having a dull pain in my right side years ago, I went to the doctor. She ordered blood work, Xrays and a CAT scan. Everything came back normal. I've had more than one doctor say that it is just my rib poking me because I am too skinny. Bullshit! I did one round of my posture exercises. I didn’t want to admit that I skipped them again. This daily documenting really helps! I’ve been slouching a lot lately though.
Treadmill: 4.0 mph, 0 incline = 10 min
Then, we went for a walk through our neighborhood. Man, it was cold! I would say it was about a 45 min. walk.
