Yeah – I’d have to say, I don’t smoke. Or hardly at all. It just stopped making sense to me or my life.

Hmmm. So I just have to push my way through w this one. Even when the last thing I want to do is walk tall, I square my shoulders, put my chest on the horizon, and let my core muscles do the work. And you know, it makes all the difference.
