I didn’t need to lose much weight, really. But I’ve lost about 12-15 lbs, which is more than I hoped for. Down to about 102-105, which is perfect for my 4’11 frame. Exercise and diet. But not A diet. I just reduced the quantity of food by serving myself less than I thought I wanted/needed, which turned out to be just enough, usually. Tried to stick with only “good” carbs and less of them. Ate only when hungry, and no sweets on an empty stomach (which does something with the way your bod produces insulin and makes fat)

The reason(s) have nothing to do with his party affiliation or his religion.
The man ran as a moderate (on some issues, even liberal, for a Republican) in order to gain the Massachusetts governor position. He has now, apparently, “seen the lignt” on all his previous positions and become ultra-conservative. Funny.
But the real kicker is that his hand was barely off the Bible for his inauguration as governor when he was off in New Hampshire, Iowa and whatever other state (or country) would have him, bad-mouthing/making fun off the state (and people) that had elected him governor.
Other people have used the Massachusetts governorship to kick-start runs for president, but none of them had such obvious contempt for the people they represent.
