Cope with my father's cancer

Scared 6 months ago

Five months ago my father was diagnosed with stage four kidney cancer and some days I feel like I don’t know up from down. I come from a very close family and my dad has been my rock my whole life. I’m scared all the time these days. I’m not ready for my dad to not be in my life. I want him to be here when I get married and when I have children. I don’t think that’s going to happen anymore.

My dad has said he will pay for me to do this but I have to wait until next summer because the way I have done things lately he’s afraid I will hurt myself. ;o) So, next summer I’m going to go skydiving!!!

visit at least two beaches this year

I always love going to the beach! This year I went out to North Carolina and went to the coast out there (one of my favorite beaches!) and to the Oregon coast.
