I think the coffee is going to be the most difficult, though I’ll try to keep it to one cup a day for the next month and decaf after that.

So, I took a little break from this goal (no children yet), and completed a graduate degree.
My husband and I are now OH SO READY to start a family! Since this may be in the next year or two, I’ll start taking pre-natal vitamins now. I hope I can figure out a way to do this consistently.
I feel like I worked out this morning! I let it go for a while, but thankfully I started up again this morning.
It is so worth it!
I feel like I have more energy (and I don’t freeze as much during the day).
In two weeks, I am supposed to start the 2nd level of Boot Camp training – my mini-goal is to make sure that I stay consistent and can start level 2!
