as I talk to my boss about some ideas, he enjoys explaining his ideas to me, but I continue to get the feel that he only likes to hear himself…
As I ask questions he doesn’t always respond. What is happening.
PERhaPS my questions are a bit difficult, or maybe appear to even be confrontational. But it is odd.
I may also be reactionary as I have seen him be evasive in the past. One must really see…
