Finally, it has a name. I am really serious about this but finding the time will be challenging. i see it as a way to market and brand myself and to really express myself and think seriously about my profession. I need that space. Have to make time no matter what!

The job didn’t turn out the way I wanted it too. Lured to a different state by the promise of bigger and greater things and was ultimately lied to by not being given a fair shot. They reopened the search for the position above me (the one I really wanted) within two weeks of my signing on. So…all the promises about how I would rise rapidly within the org were BS. Too late now. Have moved and need to stay put for a while or have to pay them back for the move.
