This goal is almost ticked off my list. The last few weeks I’m drinking about 1.5L of water a day. Being such a good girl!!! :-D
It’s a good idea to buy a 1.5L bottle of water in the morning and decide that the bottle will be empty by the time you go to bed. After the first time you can just refill the bottle with water at home, as long as the bottle is full every morning and empty every night. I started with a 500ml bottle and worked myself up from there
I’m so NOT a morning person. I like going to bed late and sleeping in. I’m one of those people who would be perfectly happy to sleep 12 hours a day… but with responsibilities to take care of there’s no way I could actually do that. The end result of course is a very grumpy me when, at the very last second, I finally pull myself from bed and rush to get ready for work! Not a great way to start the day
Wouldn’t it be so much nicer to be fully awake and relaxed? I think so, so I’ll have to work on it
Not getting married anytime soon, want to have a stable life before then. So that means finish my studies, get my dream job, earn enough, be completely independent… that’s a good 10 years away… at least that gives me plenty of time to find Mr Right…
... oh who am I kidding I can’t wait that long! I’ll be 30 by then! Heck no, I’ll settle for being independent before walking down the isle.
Clearly there are two sides of me at war here. I want to be successful, organized and independent but I also want happiness and love and romance…
