Finally!!! I finally got a haircut at Great Clips. I had some long layers put in and it looks soooo much better than just having my hair cut straight across in one length. Definitely worth doing this again in the future, perhaps with a bolder style.

I did a meditation by Steven Farmer to find my power animal and saw a flash in my mind of a wolf’s mouth, with teeth bared. I have always felt connected to wolves, but I would never have chosen to present them to myself in such a way. I know many people like wolves and claim to be connected to them, and so the vision I had helps to quell the doubts in my mind that say I’m following the crowd.
This entails having more muscle tone than Lucy had during most of the seasons of Xena, a.k.a. having abs AND arms muscles. Lucy admitted that she never had well-defined biceps, that the arm bands gave the illusion that she did lol. I’m striving for the kind of muscle tone of tribal bellydancer Rachel Brice and/or Toni who is featured on some ChaLEAN Extreme dvds (her pictured is included here).
