How I did it
How I did it: Obviously I'm a bit cautious of saying I'm completely over feeling anxious but I think I've achieved this goal because I finally have the confidence to seek help and support for this.It took bravery for me to admit something was wrong, especially when it came to my anger which sometimes made me behave in way that I'm very ashamed of.I've come to realise I'm very lucky as there is a lot of help available to me.
