How to quit Smoking

How I did it: I wanted to stop smoking when I was 19 years old, but didn't attempt to actually stop. I have started to donate my time at Project Angel Food in their production kitchen. So I’m doing what I love (to cook) and I’m helping terminally ill, homebound patients be fed.

Also, I am the Team Captain of the Sweet Assassins. The Sweet Assassins are walking the Susan G Komen 5K against Breast Cancer. So far we’ve raised $415.

Being charitable everyone wins!
