I deactivated my account. My friend sent me a tutorial on how to actually delete the account but I’m still not 100% committed yet. :( I deactivated it on Sunday and did not get on the site all day. Baby steps.

I’m currently 205 pounds. My healthy weight range is between 102-128 pounds. As you can see I have a long, long, long journey. I signed up for weight watchers on Sunday. Now it’s just challenging myself to stick with it and exercise.
I signed up. I chose the Weight Watchers Online program. I paid my dues for 3 months so I’m committed for at least that long. Sunday was my first day and it was pretty easy. I had the benefit of being home all day so I could easily control what I was eating. Monday will be the first real test as I will have to control my snacking at work and also get some exercise in. But at least the first step is done and I’ll check back in 1 week to track my progress.
