How I did it: I googled how to make a souffle and then watched Good Eats with Alton Brown on youtube. You just have to search for Alton Brown Souffle. He gives you tips and tricks for success. It was super yummy. I made Cheese. I am going to make chocolate this week because the recipies are slightly different. Should be interesting! Read how I did it…
