i have started walking around my community(gated community) and its about 2 miles the whole way around ive been doing it every other morning.starting at 6 am and getting back to my house somewhere around 7ish and then i fall asleep..(because i stay up all night and morning then go walking)

How I did it: I bought dvds on how to do it. found various articles on line. and finally i took some classes at the local bellydance place.(i used dvds to learn the basics so that when i took the classes i wouldnt feel..totally slow.) It was easy for me to do it. and anyone can aswell. Read how I did it…

Bellydance.

Ive been teaching myself the art of bellydance using instructional books and dvds. I think ive been doing quit well.but im joining a class tuesday august something..and Im nervous about it.Im almost sure they’ll tell me ive been doing it all wrong..(tho that could be anxiety).
