I would love to give you all numerous well wishes of good luck here, but speaking from someone who has overcome a difficult bout of depression themselves, i know that won’t really help much. But I will share some wisdom from my own experiences (or at least what wisdom i have left- recently had my wisdom teeth removed-ouch!) In my experiences, on the subject of teeth, regret and doubt are like sugary foods. They feel good at first because they make you feel safe and moral- but soon, they’ll start to rot your teeth. If you don’t do anything about them, the holes will get bigger. The best thing to do is to live each day as it comes- live life with no regrets. You’re beautiful. You’re amazing. And you know what? No one else will love you until you can love yourself. Leave your bad experiences behind you- they’re the past. They won’t keep coming up unless you bring them back up, like a ghost. Let go of them. Don’t doubt yourself. Wake up each morning with the mindset that it’s a new opportunity for a new day. It’s almost a new year- think about it, that’s 365 new days! 365 more chances to live! Instead of dwelling, get out there and live your life! Do something unexpected! Have an adventure! Don’t stay with the people who bring you down. If a friendship, crush or relationship isn’t working and you’re holding onto it longer than you should be- let it go. You can’t start new without letting go of your worries and troubles.
I wish all of you the best of luck and remember- there is someone out there for everyone, and you are never completely alone.

How I did it: It was a real love story. I liked him but I was with another guy so I couldn't do anything, and he liked another girl anyway. Then I broke up with my boyfriend, and he started to like me, but I didn't know it so I got together with someone else. Then I broke it off with the new guy and after months the man of my dreams and I got together and we are so happy together! The end. Read how I did it…
Well, I started college this fall not having had my first kiss. I was the only one in my group of friends and I felt very unloved and unwanted and ugly. Then I met this boy, lets call him, J, and we started hanging out. I just wanted to make new friends. He asked me if he could kiss me, and to get my first kiss, I said yes. He kissed me, and I felt nothing. Suddenly, I had my first kiss, but I felt empty. Two days later he told me he liked another girl anyway. Then a few weeks later, I met this other guy, lets call him P, and P and I didn’t immediately click. Suddenly, it began to fit. We have been together for 3 months now, and I have never been happier. I wish I had waited to have my first kiss with P, someone I truly care about. But now that I look back, my first kiss meant nothing to me. And that’s ok, because I met someone better.
Your person will come. You will find that amazing person and get your first kiss. It might not be from who you expect, but it’s your first kiss, and once it’s gone, you can’t get it back. Save it for someone who deserves your affection. Don’t lose hope- that special person WILL come along. I know it feels impossible, but it will happen in its own time.
I wish you the best of luck. I have complete faith in you!=)
Merry Christmas everyone!!!
i watched the sunrise from the top of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park- it’s the first location in the USA to see the sunrise. Absolutely beautiful! I strongly recommend it!
