After an acquaitance died from breast cancer, I raised money for the Susan G. Komen organization. A friend is currently undergoing tests and weighing treatment options. And now my mom is facing a second bout. And still I have not gone in for even a baseline mammogram. Just haven’t made the time, too inconvenient, insert excuse here . . . honestly, being a reasonably, intelligent woman, this is just stupid. It’s time to get this done.

Currently reading the books I checked out from the Greenwood & Northeast branches so I’ll wait a few weeks before visiting the downtown and Ballard branches.
