I’ve lost 15 pounds. I have been going to the gym as much as I can in between working and nursing school. I feel great. I bought a stretch black satin pencil skirt in a size 8 today. I feel like I am channeling my inner “Bad Sandy” from Grease!

How I did it: I went to Gail's paper dolls online-http://100megsfree4.com/gogators4/Index.htmlChose classic movie stars, then sandra dee.I right clicked and saved all of the images.I re-opened the main doll image in photoshop elements, popped my head on the doll. I then put all of the images into Microsoft Word and printed on white cardstock. Alternately, you could just cut your head out of a pic and glue it on if you aren't comfortable with photo… Read how I did it…
I went to a hypnotherapist Tuesday to begin the process of quitting. It is a 3-5 week process. We looked at reasons why I smoke – triggers, behaviors, and fears in terms of stopping. He gave me a CD to listen to at home to prepare me for the hypnotherapy process. I actually get hypnotized either this week or next.
I joined the gym AGAIN yesterday and worked out for an hour. It was embarrassing to walk back in since I have lost & regained the same 30 pounds twice since my son was born 2 1/2 yrs ago. I always get motivated this very same time in the Fall. I looked at the gym owner and just said “it’s a story as old as time”. He said he would help motivate me to keep it up after the weight is gone which is always my problem.
