I have been bad as of late and am starting to find my jeans getting tighter. It’s very depressing. And I have “points” on my meal plan to spend, which is hard when almost everything I can use my “points” on is unhealthy.

This goal may seem far away, but a year goes by quickly and although I would like to only give myself one year, I know that I am going to take a while to change and might need some time to plan my mission to improve myself over the course of the year in 2010.
I’ve counted 1373 so far for today. And I didn’t include my two coffees. :( I probably ended up with about 1450 for the day.
